We are committed to inclusivity and ensuring college is accessible to all. To align with this commitment, we provide an excellent all-inclusive package designed to meet your needs and allow you to fully immerse yourself in teh Grace College experience.

This comprehensive package includes accommodation, wide-ranging community engagement and support, our academic and networking program, student club membership, orientation week (for first year residents) and all meals to guarantee a worry-free university journey.

Contract length & weeks of residence .

Our residential periods sync seamlessly with the UQ academic calendar. Residential fees cover the whole academic year of 39 weeks + O Week (for first year residents only), including mid-semester and between semester breaks.

Do you have to pack up your room between semester one and two? No way! You can leave your room the way you like it over the mid-year holiday break, stay in residence at Grace, and have meals at no extra cost.

International students and some domestic residents may be eligible for a short-term contract for the purpose of leaving at the end of one semester, and is by special prior arrangement only. Please contact the college for more information.

As well as our entry scholarships and bursaries, we also offer discounts for full-year all inclusive packages and upfront fee payment.

Discounts for upfront payment of fees:
  • For full year (39 or 40 week) domestic students $370
