Your room is fully furnished with a single or long single bed, large desk and bookshelves, a wardrobe for your clothes, underbed storage, and a desk chair. Every room has a ceiling fan and heater. We provide the essentials, and you can decorate your room to make it your own.

All our standard rooms are the same size, approximately 2.8m x 3.7m. We have a limited number of ensuite rooms (bedroom with private bathroom).

Yes! Every resident gets their own private bedroom.

We provide a pillow, pillowcase, bedsheets and duvet cover as part of your room. The sheets are washed weekly by staff. You can use your own if you would like.

Residents are required to provide their own towels.

Grace has a number of common areas around the college for students to use. We have recreation areas including a gym, turfed sporting area, and table tennis spaces. There are also gardens and decks where residents can hang out. We also have a small library and study spaces too. Check out our gallery for pictures.

Yes! Grace College has a gym onsite for residents. It contains weights, exercise machines, and sporting equipment for residents to use.

Yes, each building has multiple washing machines and a dryer. We also have additional line drying areas indoors and outside. Washing machines are $3 per load and dryers are $2. You can use card or Australian dollar coins to pay.

We also provide washing powder, so no need to buy your own.

Any person who is intending to study in person at a Brisbane university full-time is eligible to apply to Grace College. Don’t worry if you haven’t received an offer to study at university yet, you call still apply to live at Grace.

Applications open in April each year for the following calendar year. We recommend applying as early as possible.
